Director of Youth and Family Ministry Position (grades 5-12)

Reporting Relationship: Senior Pastor

Position Overall Purpose: Participates actively with the pastors and other lay leaders in planning broad and varied opportunities, programs, and activities for youth grades five through twelve that balance spiritual and social experiences.

Part-time: approximately 25 hours per week, Wed. late afternoon and evenings required, other times more varied and flexible

Salary: $25,000 a year
