Health Ministry promotes mind, body, and spirit health of the faith community and the community at large. The Health Ministry team includes a Parish Nurse who is part of the church staff. The nurse is available for individual assessment counseling and referrals for wellness promotion and disease management, as well as coordinating the Health Ministry programs.

Health Programs include: Befriender Ministry, Diabetes Prevention class, Prayer Team, Caregiver Support group, Flying Solo course, CPR, Angel Food Delivery, Home Communion, Matter of Balance – Fall Prevention class, Final Gift – End-of-Life planning, and Heart & Soul – Evening of Cardiology
